Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and Australia.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum spend and nothing is added at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders typically arrive within 7–11 days from the date you place your order. Every order includes fully tracked shipping, and your tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during peak periods, sale events, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us at info@trypawzy.store and we'll help track it down and put it right.

Duties and taxes

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay us. In the rare event that a carrier or authority applies a charge on delivery, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help resolve it.
